I just wanted to take a moment and mention how awesome the Adorama staff has been. They're professional, proactive and just plain awesome.

Long story short, I bought a big ticket item and the price dropped the next day on a special promotion. I called/emailed to inquire about it and they had already given me credit for the difference in price. Does it get any better than that?

Adorama=awesome.

Thanks Helen Oster and Steve Chill!

Helen is always on top of things. I sent her an email regarding a refund and the manager of their sales department emailed me right away. I received the funds via PAYPAL the next day. Just an amazing service. They will always get my business and recomendation.

Adorama is an awesome place to shop online, and Helen is a great ambassador. And I'd rather buy stuff from Adorama than from BH just because they have 3% cash back through Mr Rebates vs non from BH, and their prices are very similar priced.

Over the years, I've bought more items from Adorama than any other retailer. (And I shop heavily for the best price.) 9 times out of ten, they have the best price and their customer service has been nothing short of outstanding for me.

I bought a used camera Wednesday night from their eBay store, and it's supposed to be here within a few hours. I'm really impressed with the turnaround and the price. If it's exactly as described, Adorama definitely will see me again.

Plus AdoramaTV is an awesome resource.

Maybe a customer service representative that regularly logs on to this busy forum to deal with any (inevitable) customer satisfaction issues that may arise?

Oh wait.....

/sarcasm

P.S.
Thanks Helen, I hope Adorama appreciates all you do for them!

Regards,
Steve

They have re-earned my business. I ordered a couple of big ticket items from Adorama and had a problem with one. The first time contacting their customer service department wasn't a pleasant experience but my concerns were resolved. I was still a little upset with the time frame it took for them to resolve the issue I was having but in the end it did work out and the company stood behind their warranty. I have placed a couple more orders with them afterwards.

If you're not happy with the service, why do you keep coming back?
