I know some are wondering where my 85 1.2 L shots form this gift that was sitting under my tree. Well I have been super busy with work and just now have the guts to admit why there are no pics. I dropped it. Yep, took this gem out of the box. Went to mount it and my hands stopped working or something and it fell to the floor, front element first. NO af or anf focus. Off to canon serivce. :(

:-( Sorry man...I dropped my second 20D last week if that makes you feel any better. lol. It's being worked on, and the lcd is being replaced. The grip got busted to hell. That part is just scrap. Hopefully I should have the body back by the end of next week, or so they say.

Hope yours turns out alright.

Can I cry for you now? I have nightmares about this. Stories like yours make me neurotic about my stuff. Oh, I feel for you. Hope you get it back quickly and perfectly.

Happier New Year!
