Including putting a 50mm f/1.2L and a 70-300L on it....and using it as a video rig...

THe AF speed seemed a bit... Bad unfortunately...

Wasn't a very serious review IMHO.

True but that doesn't mean they don't point out the Obvious Flaws of the Camera though.

Seriously? Based on that ridiculous YouTube review? He complains about the AF and he's fast walking, holding the camera in one hand while taking shots of people walking quickly toward him. Then he takes shots of white poles against a bright white background. Then he mounts two of the heavier EF lenses. And the 85 1.2 is is not exactly known as an AF performer. Useless review. And he is capable of good reviews.

I won't be getting it..... but i've been saying that from the start, I'd consider the fuji X10 or X100 or any of them.

DigitalRev is a joke in my opinion. I don't think his photos are that great anyway.

It's 2012 dude, Cameras have been around for ages. It's time for these things to get going. Digitalrev Reviews tend to not be serious but like i said above, that doesn't mean they can't point out the Obvious Flaws of the Camera. It's called a Point and Shoot for a Reason, You point and shoot lol. It Didn't seem to work very well for him. Maybe it was on purpose or maybe it just flat out sucks, Who knows.

Image Quality and Video Quality are good, but AF sucks. That's what i got out of the Video. Simple as that.

Agree^ Digitalrev is normally not the best source for reviews but the review does show the camera's flaws and limits quite well.

I think I'd end up dropping it with a 50L or 85L hanging off the end, too used to the ergonomics of a DSLR now.

Just finished watching it, really disappointed in the AF.
But the image quality looked great. Video looked the same as the 5D that Lok uses! :)

Really liked the images from the big lenses.

You don't get the joke if you think it's a joke. Kai seems great enough for Leica since they always feature him ;)

Seemed like a toned down review from his normal reviews. Color commentary was pretty limited but I'm sure it's because Kai was under a tight timeframe. Anyways, I think other reviews have already exposed the slow AF and Kai showed how impractical this camera is for shooting moving subjects.

He's not excited I think because it's not an exciting camera for him but maybe for somebody else.
