7th Annual Blackies Classic Longboard

Newport Beach, Ca. held their 7th Annual Blackies Holloween Surf event were surfers are dressed up in their wackiest costumes. It was great to watch and a lot of photogs came out supporting this event.

What incredibly interesting photos. The high contrast processing works well. Were they shot in the evening? I have no idea what Blackies Halloween Surf is. Is it a company event?

^^ It's an annual event here in Newport Beach, Ca. were all the surfers dressed up in Halloween costumes and open for public. LR3 presets were applied during post process making it look like dark but it was shot early in the morning.
