Hi everyone

And yes , within 30 min the heaven opened and it didn`t stop for a few hours.
I think i was just lucky there as i was driving by to be at the right place the right time.
The sceenery was amazing (while it lasted).:rolleyes:
Thought to share it with you , enjoy it.

Beautiful, as usual... I really like the light and dark contrast in the backgroud clouds as well as the little patches of ice on the main lake (around the rocks)....

Thank you for the comments DDA.

Actually,what you refear to as little patches of ice,is small waves (a bit windy that day too) crashing on the rocks,they have been blured out though (intensionally,low iso & filters) so the water looks much smoother and tranquil.
Rough water doesn`t usualy add any beauty to a picture (exept of certain ocasions ofcours).

I appreciate you taking the time to notice these things,it means alot.;)

Beautiful shot. The ND filter certainly helped bring the whole scene into the dynamic range of the camera. Sharp from front to back, you can even make out the arches on the old bridge in the background.
