29cm wide, 21cm high, 13cm deep

First and foremost i'm a bit worried that it will look too small on me (6,4", 240lbs) and secondly the sling is waaaay too thin. More like a purse maybe?

I did try it in the store today and it felt and looked good/retro.
I got the slingshot 202 AW.. but i was thinking for those casual evenings with friends, it would look better with this one... OR would it? Too feminine?

edit*
Here is some others i've looked at (unfortunally not in Sweden or in a local store)

I wasn't planning on replying, but my son(10) came over and said "Nice purse." So I guess that answers that question. Personally I think it is nice, though I prefer the Domke canvas bags.

Its not a purse...Its a Satchel!

To feminine for my taste...but its really up to you...If you are comfortable and it suits your style...go for it.

edit...the second one is a bit more rugged...Less feminine.

I wouldn't go for it. I'm a big fan of Thinktank's Retrospective series for an understated canvas bag.

I like shooter's bags, though I keep buying bags that are heavy on protection.

Best? Depending on what I'm carrying--Domke F3X or F2...Billingham Hadley Pro. All shooter's bags.

(Here prices are crazy! Think Tank and Domke cost more from Henry's than I paid for my Hadley Pro from another dealer.) I've had a Retro 10 from TT and traded it off. Didn't like the rain cover at all. Great bag; my fault, I chose poorly for my needs.

In much of Europe, this wouldn't be such an issue. Men use "satchel" bags all the time that would be considered feminine in much of the United States. (I lived in Ukraine for 3 years and have gotten around a good bit of Europe)

I think this (linked above) is a cool bag. Personally I have a photo backpack to hold EVERYTHING and move it back and forth. But when I'm just out shooting with a lens and body, maybe a second lens or a flash, I just carry an actual satchel bag, with no inserts. They are cheaper to buy, as they aren't a specialty product, they are slimmer profile with no foamy inserts and much lower profile, as they rarely have a visible logo on them. I have a couple different brands, I just grab the size that fits the lens and body I'm using at the moment.

Below is my current grab bag for "take to the beach to shoot surfing" - inside is a 60D w/ 2xTC and 200 2.8L

Benttoe, lovely looking bag - but I personally wouldn't buy it.

That thin strap looks really painful on the shoulder.
The top doesn't have any zipper, a bit vulnerable to outside world.
On top of that, two tiny buttons for the cover, are probably not strong enough to hold the content inside, when the bag is tipped over.
Non removeable strap, with metal hooks - very high chance of failure.

Love the retro classic look, but it could use some modern tech.
