Then it's probably fine. :)
I'm with you - different bag for different purpose.
I'm looking to get a day trip bag as well

Took a photos with myself wearing it in store.. on my cellphone, i will try and upload them.
The strap and the detachable hooks are what worries me the most though.. will it hold for a camera, 3 lenses and a flash...

How much gear can you fit in the Brooklyn? I am thinking of getting that as a day bag, it's hard to find a nice bag that doesn't look like a camera bag, just a bag that doesn't look it's got a body a couple of lens

+1 - check the F802 or F803 satchels. The F802 doesn't include an insert, so get the 720-230 for it.

ThinkTank Retrospective's are the way to go when it comes to camera bags IMO.

Nope. I'm not big on ballistic nylon. I prefer the canvas, since it doesn't have a coating which inevitably wears through before the fabric goes.

Welcome to the forum!

Have you tried the raincover on the Retro bags? I did on my Retro10PS...didn't like it at all. The Retro series are great shooters' bags (though heavy)...until you put the raincover on. Then it's a storage bag. I have a number of other TT bags. Quality is exceptional, and they have many features.

I have 2 Domke bags. They're far lighter, and much easier to shoot from. Good gear.

It's good we have choices; hope we all find the perfect bag.

Epiphanie makes a lot of different bags. They have a London backback in some nice colors.

I'd take a Billingham over that, but I sold my Billingham for backpack/waist pack solution.

My point...bags and straps can either help you get better images or get in the way. Brand doesn't matter. It's features. I had a photo business and put food on the table for a long time. Bags got my gear to work, helped me keep it from walking away, or being spilled on at wedding receptions. Shooter's bags help me keep my camera shooting, with the right lens on.

Glad you like your choices. That's all that matters.

I like this forum because participants here help me make better decisions about photography, and produce better images.
