Well I have several bags but as usual, none are perfect for what I want.

I am looking for a shoulder bag, messenger style if possible, What I need to fit inside will be

Canon 5DM3 with 24-70L II
Canon 70-200 F/2.8 IS II with reversed hood
Canon 580 II flash
Canon Grip for 5DM3

with direct access, don't like zillions of flops like cramplers.

I was looking at NG bags, such as 2477 and a larger 2478 because like the idea of separate insert bags that I can easily remove and place items inside and then place these insert bags in the bag. That also protects lenses from hitting each other. I would put the 5DM3 with 24-70II inside one bag and 70-200 and perhaps another lens in the other. However, I have no idea if these smaller inside bags would fit a 70-200 F/2.8 IS lens. I read in one amazon review that 2477 smaller inside bags does not fit Nikon's 70-200 VR II so I wonder.

Any other shoulder bags I should be looking at?

Domke's F-2 or F-3x would be good choices. The F2 uses separate inserts (it comes with a 4-compartment one; you could get 2 or 3 compartment inserts for your needs). With either, get a Domke Post Office Pad for the shoulder strap.
