My stepson was visiting from Illinois for the holiday. Stephen is 18 and a gangly awkward, self conscious teenager who doesnt like to have his picture taken. I told him that before he left I would get a shot of him that he liked and show off his beautiful eyes. He loved this pic. He paid me the ultimate complement when he said it is the first picture of himself that he has liked. He got on the computer and started sending it to his friends. I just wish I had gotten the focus on the eyes instead of his nose but he was thrilled and that is all that mattered. It felt really good to make him so happy and boost his self confidence.
