I talked to customer service about 1/2 hour ago and they are getting things shipped out, but not necessarily with the normal email notifications. That could be due to how the interface with UPS is working, but that's speculation on my part. The rep said they were hanging in there, but it was pretty bizzaar set of circumstances.

They're using UPS now? I hope it's only temporary and they'll go back to shipping with Purolator once the crisis is over.

I don't know what they're using.

They have always shipped to me via UPS and I hope they continue to do so.

Same here I just received two e-mails indicating my orders have been shipped and the numbers are tracking via. UPS.

My order from Friday also shipped today. Also got the courtesy delay email a day or two ago. Always been impressed w their speediness to process and ship orders.

I got an order from them about a week ago - Purolator. Puro does not deliver a second time but seems to not have hidden broker charges, etc like UPS seems to. I don't mind picking it up.

Even if you give them permission to delay your order, I would suspect that they'd still fill the orders in proper sequence. If for no other reason that for their own feelings of integrity.

Agreed. I would have done the same thing if I owned a business. However in this case I had no problem giving some slack.

Ordered an 85 1.8 a few hours ago from them, not a huge rush on it, so we shall see how it goes. I went with the free shipping option, so it'll also be a test of seeing how much UPS is getting back to normal. Gotta admit though, it was tempting to jump in the car and drive there for the weekend just to photograph the current state, so people will remember once the clean up has completed.

Ah ok. Probably they always use Purolator to ship to Canada... which I prefer, since Puro has the closest pickup point to my place, especially compared to UPS... FedEx is a bit better, but not terribly convenient.

Just got my email saying they shipped my lens. It would seem the B&H side is back to normal, now to see if it arrives on Monday as projected....

B&H is back to normal UPS made it from Maspeth, NY to Parsippany, NJ before flagging the order tracking with

Adverse Weather May Cause Delay
Weather conditions might delay delivery of this shipment. This is the most current information available. Please track again later for status updates.

I thought they may have rerouted it north before sending it into the effected areas of New Jersey; kinda interested to see if it actually gets delayed or if the message is precautionary.
