Penny (first post)

I'm new to this forum, and this is my first picture posted. I did a one week assignment for school, and I did it on stuff I found in the street. This was one of my favorites, so I thought I'd post it. It's not a true macro; more of a close-up. I took this with an Olympus E-10 with a macro screw on attachment. I just recently bought a Rebel XT and trying to find a lens for better macro. I think I'm sold on the Canon 100mm, but need to save up for it. Anywho, I just thought I'd post, and once I pick a lens, I'll be posting a lot more.

I like it. I think I would like it more if you had stacked images for more focus in the penny's DOF range... not sure that was clear.

Yea, I'll try some more when my new lens gets here.
