Hi, I have recently purchased the mark iii and this morning mounted the 35L onto it... I noticed that it skips f/2.2. It goes from 2.0 to 2.5. I have restored factory settings on the mark iii, taken the lens on and off, turned off the camera, replaced the battery.
When I mount on the mark ii it will go to 2.2..

Does anyone know what my problem could be?? I'm really hoping I don't have to send the mark iii back :(

It can be changed in the menu. Go to FnI Exposure and change Exposure level increment to 1/3 stop
I am pretty sure it's the same on all higher end Canon bodies because I had to do that on all my xxD and 5D II
