i had the first zoom 70-300L
but i want to know if the prime 300L f/4IS
more sharper than the zoom or the same !

In my experience the 70-300L is very sharp, so I guess sharpness should not be the main point to separate the 2 lenses. The 300L has a 1 stop advantage on the long end, while the 70-300L has newer IS and weather sealing, and offers more flexibility in terms of FL. Sebastien
