Nov 01, 2012 14:01 | #1 New to the forum and my first post. I got lucky with this shot. I was sitting next to a pond trying to get some photos of the swans that were roosting there. The sun had gone below the hilltop behind me and I was about to get out of my blind when I spotted some movement from my left... I brought up the camera and just started shooting. Had to do some Photoshop work on it but was pretty pleased with how it all came out. The eagle is carrying an opposum.  7D, 7D II, EF 300mm F2.8, EF 100-400 F4.5, EF 70-200 F2.8
