Is anyone else having problems (or had problems in the past) with purchasing Focus Magic? Last Tues. I purchased their software online and got the email saying that I should receive a second email containing the code. I've never gotten the second email. It had said that it usually comes in 15 min. but if I didn't have it in 24 hours to email them. I have emailed them twice and not gotten an answer back. The first time I wrote to upport@focusmagic.com (external link) and the second time I re-sent another email to them and also to upport@acclaimsoftware.com (external link). I got an error message saying the second address at acclaimsoftware was undeliverable. (even though it's the address they sent me to check on the order.) Still no reply from the first email address used. Just wondered if this has happened to anyone else and what you did to finally get your code from them so that you could use the software that you purchased!

edited to say that, yes, I check the spam folder also in case it has gone into that folder.

Shutterbug:
Many servers nowadays have rule-based, trainable, auto spam catching defenders. At least ours does at work. Everytime I buy a software product the purchase confirmation gets trapped. You may have to contact your server administrator to release the trapped emails, one of which will likely contain Focus Magic's confirmation.

Or have them provide you instructions to look at the trapped spam and make a decision on which to release.

Hope that does it for you.
J.

You know, I just thought of something. I also ordered Noise Ninja at the same time and had no problems with them sending me their code. It came through fine.
