Been lurking these forums for a long while and finally decided to register and start posting. The macro section is my all time favourite but I've noticed that every single picture recently has been of insects.

Anyone out there shooting macro of other things??

Yup that's what inanimate means. Fruits and veggies that have been picked from their respective plants are alright because they are no longer living.

I was just hoping to see some decent pics of something other than wasp, beetle, spider, lizard fly, or anything else from the arthropoda phylum.
