Nice work. I think this image would make a nice Christmas card theme.

Just tried it...............hard to tell any difference............​.went from 1/128 to 1/1. Only seemed to slightly increase the luminance in brown/tan

I guess the feather is too tightly interwoven to let light through.

Thank you and yes he was in the high grass and dandelions where I always shoot my macros. I see them all the time along with the Brown or Cuban Anoles. There are also a lot of black racer snakes as well as water moccasins and copperheads... I have to watch very closely when I'm shooting. Today they mowed along the line where I shoot. Makes it much safer for me...lol I get to spend more time looking for the shots and less looking where I'm putting my feet...
