While I'm waiting for some diffusers to arrive in the post to try out on the YN24EX, I curved a piece of 150gsm Vellum paper over the two light heads and looked for a shiny subject. There are no ladybirds in winter, so the TV remote with it's brushed metal surface had to suffice:

Isn't as bad as I expected it to be...

(Horrid to see what is on the surface that you don't see just by looking at it in it's day to day use!!!)
