Seeds from the flower of one of my green onions. To complete the cycle, I'll have to take a photo of the seeds after I plant them and they begin a new life as a green onion.

I should have mentioned that for lighting, I used a single Nissin Di700A flash on camera through a mini softbox and shot handheld.

Congrats on the MPE-65! Definitely a different kind of learning experience for these. I got mine last year and I think I have a very similar threaded bolt shot from when I was messing around with some practice photos after unboxing it.
