Petra: I would let you shoot my wedding in the dark! You did a beautiful job and you under-estimate yourself. I bet the B&G are thrilled with them

Elisabeth-Ann: Look under the Avatars on the left to see where people live. Sometimes they choose not to list it but you can see that Petra is in Sweden.

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

Maureen, thank you... LOL!!! Are you going to re-marry in the dark? *snicker* I haven't heard from the B&G yet. I'm pretty nervous what they'll say. I told them I'd show them stuff today, but was eager to get stuff done, so I did email them in the afternoon of New Years Eve, did almost all shots I had taken in 10 hours straight. :D

Darryl, thank you!!! Snow and winter is such a challenge and yet it's pretty pleasing to the eye to almost have monochrome images like this. I will do another winter wedding in february, should have more daylight then and more time to play in the snow!

I think your work is fantastic! It's so hard to work with cold equipment and outside. I did that last month, twice! You overcame the white on white issue beautifully. Indoors can be so hard with white balance. You had some great poses too. I thought the completely in focus of background and subject was wonderful in #2. I have to do that a lot here in DC with the Mormon Temple. Everyone wants a shot with the whole temple behind and that's a trick. And the warm colors inside were marvelous. Keep it up! I have a wedding to attend this month, but the sister of the groom is a photographer, lucky me. This time I can just enjoy the festivities, but I may bring my new 20D. ;) :)
