Bottom half looks good, but that sky nds some work. You may want to run it through Photomatix again and this time lighten up on the adjustments, with some extra smoothing to get rid of all that noise and artifacting.
Then blend the two images and have the best of both worlds.

Not sure about the super dark sky on the left, but otherwise very nice.
