Thanks gang, I truly appreciate your kind words, thoughts and prayers. Dad is fine, it's the rest of us who are sad. He had a great life and will never be forgotten.

Just so you know, Ron, you are not alone! There is something that I call "The Fellowship of the Berieved", and in that fellowship, "magic" can happen...

Ron, I'm hoping that the new year will bring happiness and health to you and the rest of your family. While I don't believe I'm a religious person, nor do I pray, I think that tere is some power above us that will take care of good people like your dad and yourself. Just know that he's in a better place now than suffering here on earth and that he would like you and your family to remember him in a happy light, rather than with sadness. Once again, all the bet for the new year and I hope that you are able to enjoy whatever your plans are for this evening and tomorrow. Take care.

Thanks guys. Dad was one of a kind. He made it a point to tell my Mom to go on and have a good life and that he would be watching over us. I'm so thankful that he knew how much we all love him and I made it a point to tell him so whenever we talked.

That's wonderful you got to have a video call with him just before. Your family is still in my prayers.
