Head back is more of a masculine pose but it does set a certain "arrogant" or "strong" attitude.

Yes, I knew that the skin needs work, but have not done much of that type of PP. I have been reading up on it, but have not had success yet.

I like both shots. The first is a bit different which is always nice. Love the bamboo.
On the second shot you could do a little PP on the white of her eyes.
