I've known Dave about 3 years now and just recently did an in depth about his adventurous career as a professional assignment photographer. He's got some stellar bw! work, both in the studio and traveling abroad.

If you haven't heard of him before you're missing out.

Read all about it here:

This is one of my particular favorite images, taken on a night when we went out shooting together. He calls it "The Composer" and it's the feature image of his "night sky" gallery at www.davebrosha.com (external link) (I'm a nationally published model now!! ;) )

Interesting. Only got to skim it for now, but hopefully I will remember to go back and read that in more detail. (Do wish the images were better captioned for us skimmers. Who/What, where, when is always nice.)

It wasn't provided for all of them but the last three do have captions... reading it in detail is definitely worth it

Know nothing about him. Based in Yellowknife? Smart move. What his pictures would be without Aurora? Another weddings shot?
Yes, it is 1000000K hard to become famous here in Toronto, where every second teenager and housewife becomes photographer after purchasing of Rebel.

Well, that's awfully narrow minded of you. Why bother at all in commenting ? I have no idea why anyone would be so negative, and rude for that matter. :/

??? Of the 17 photos or so posted along with the article, 4 included Aurora. Have you been up there? Not an easy place to work at the best of times.
