So I had ordered some Optech system connectors through their eBay store and had contacted them regarding combined shipping - hadn't heard back in a few days so I decided to go ahead and purchase the items anyway.
This is the message I got from them after placing the order:
Sorry for the late reply. We have been without power nearly the entire time since the hurricane and snow storm, and are limping along on generator power and mobile internet.
I've sent a partial shipping refund for the combined order.

I did not even realize they were in an affected area, totally missed that they were in NJ.
