I have a framed marriage certificate of my grandparents that has likely been in the frame since it was originated in 1914. The certificate is in great shape but the ink annotations have faded. At some point the ink will be unreadable. What would be the best way to preserve the document-photographic, scanning, and/or restoration (if restoration, by what means)?
