Happy New Year's Everyone!

Here's just one of my favourite lake shots from last year.

IMAGE NOT FOUND
Byte size: ZERO | Content warning: NOT AN IMAGE

Shot in September during my trip.

There's often rain/cloud here, as there was... But still managed to wait for the rain drops in the lake to clear, to stop the ripples on the lake, to get a mirrored shot.

Hope you like it

Thanks for the comments all.

I'll revisit the place on a fine day, although it's 1500km away from here. ;)
On a fine day, this place is spectacular.

Here's a shot, NOT MINE, that shows the nice snow capped mountains. They were just in low cloud cover when I was there. :(

Beautiful shot. Love the reflections and the peace and tranquility of the scene.

Thanks, I'm guessing his shot was mid morning, say 10am, with the sun in the North somewhere. Mine was also in morning, although with lots of cloud, all the lighting was even, which made exposure easier. (and to get the foreground detailed).

:)

Just refreshed and made sure it's still there, and server is running. Try again?

Don't think I'm getting 10,000 hits today to crash it. :)
