I'll revisit the place on a fine day, although it's 1500km away from here.
On a fine day, this place is spectacular.

Here's a shot, NOT MINE, that shows the nice snow capped mountains. They were just in low cloud cover when I was there.

I think i prefer your forground mate.

Thanks, I'm guessing his shot was mid morning, say 10am, with the sun in the North somewhere. Mine was also in morning, although with lots of cloud, all the lighting was even, which made exposure easier. (and to get the foreground detailed).
