So usually I photograph decaying buildings and other Urban sites and have never really had a photoshoot with a person before. Now that I have a flash I decided to try my hand at it. I would love some feedback. It's weird to go from shooting low light all the time to full light flash photography. While this wasn't the best shot it's one of the few she felt comfortable posting up so far. What do you guys think?

P.S. - I would have posted in glamour but don't have posting rights there :o

I like the photo and the playful look on her face. I think the B&W works for this photo.

I love the pose and she has a great look...but the lighting looks a little flat...

P.S. just email the mods and most times they will let you post in the Glamour section...

Cheers,

thanks for all your positive comments! I feel like the lighting was off too. I didn't have any additional light, just one lamp in the room.

Very nice pose and sexy smile. Pillows in the background are distracting though.

I like the pillows and would like to get that same set

Very nice shot with a good balance across the frame for me. B&W works and so does she. The only mildy negative thing is the light down her nose, but you were working in very restricted conditions and so did a good job.

Nice capture. It is a bit flat for me but it works for his shot in b&w.

Exactly what I was thinking...I think if the pillow were missing we would wonder where it is...

Let's see some more from this series...
