I hade a way better angle but some lady came and parked her car in the way then refused to move it so I had to settle with the not-as-good one >:/

I'll PM you the spot! The first angle I had was sooo much better, lower and framed against the white but some old lady came and parked her car in the way and then refused to move it >:/

No way was I moving in and using a WA.

To each his own, there's just too much distraction to even find the boarder. Maybe put a snoot on the flash to isolate your subject.

google transworld skateboard magazine cover. out of the first 3 pages in google images, only 5 shots are done with a WA. fisheyes/WA's have their place, not definitely not for board slides.

Thank you, thank you, and thank you. The people on here want all the photos cropped to not even show the stairs or anything and only a tightly cropped photo of the skateboarder. Nonsense, lol.

My first reaction to seeing the photo ... "nice AC unit ... oh look, there's a guy falling down the stairs. "

There has got to be a better angle, even if you have to come back the next day.
