Granddaughter and her two cousins after dinner watching a 3D movie (which came fortunately with 3 glasses). Laughed so hard while I was taking these (and afterwards while I was editing them). They were up in the bedroom and would have missed this if I wasn't tipped off.

Enjoy and Happy New Year. Taken with 20D and 24-70.

I like the line of color the 3D glasses make across the largely white photo. Even the expression on each girl is the same. Cute girls and a great shot.

Looks more like the "Blues Sisters", all they need to do is start singing Minnie the Moocher! ;)

Bob, that is truly a lovely photograph for the family album. :) Not only do the girls look cool but they are looking at stereo photography. The format is called anaglyph. I normal post in parallel pairs (type 3D into the search function for some of my stereo posts).

I dont do much anaglyph stereo work but here is a shot for your Granddaughter and her friends. They will need to put their spectacles on again. The gate catch should appear to be poking out of the screen so that they would be tempted to reach out and touch it.

A bit of fun for them, I hope. Happy New Year to you all! :D

Bob... that is the cutest darn picture. The colors just pop and the content is priceless.

I'd print that and frame it.

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

Balliolman,
Just got her to get her glasses and the first words out of her mouth was "it's coming out". Thanks for the picture and comments.

Thanks Maureen. I tried all night to get them into my spare-bedroom-turned-makeshift-studio for some formal shots. The little one didn't want to cooperate and all three were a little too wound up. I did end up with a couple but this candid just cracked me up. It was not staged at all and it was the first time all three sat still for more than 2 minutes. Here is another one without the LSIIPJ. Just the white card pulled out on the 580EX. Colors are more natural I think.
