He has a good chance, since I filmed him in a a location that bans hunting. :)

Nice Shot! That is a good looking 9 point. Thanks for sharing! Good to see that there are still areas in Montana with whitetails, after the EHD outbreak in a few areas last summer. The area I am familiar with lost 95% of their whitetails.
