The audio where the girl was speaking during the initial sequence was really bad and you can't really understand what she is saying. This is a shame as it gives a bad first impression for what is otherwise a good video.

I was a bit confused over the story but that might be because I didn't understand the first bit.

The intro where the girl was on the phone sounded unmiced I agree with John. Should be an easy fix good job!
