How the heck have you done those?? I love them and want to paly too - but how to you get smoke in such a cool shape?

Thanks for the nice comments,
Camera on tripod, use an incense stick in a dark room with black sheet as the back ground, focus on a pen in the smoke flow (keep light on for this bit, then turn it off). Use off camera flash from the side of the smoke. I used cable release to open shutter, fire flash and close shutter. Give the smoke a gentle blow to get swirls. Take loads of pics then play about in PS or some other software. Hope this helps a bit.
