OK, these are not that great but it was the best I could do standing in the carpark at work hand holding a welding glass and my filters stacked in front of the lens. Don't ask me what grad number equivalent that is because I don't know, a lot that is for sure!
This one is before. I couldn't do anything about the haze around the sun, it may be because I was just hand holding 7 filters in front of the lens. Notice the sun flair to the right. It is larger because I got a better focus on the sun so could crop in more.
this is the one of the actual eclipse, I did not do so well with the focus on this one so could not crop it as heavily. Plus I couldn't bring out any detail like the first shot either. Frustrating, but the best I could do with what I had at the time.

I had not planned on even taking any shots, that is why I was not set up properly. But you know how it goes, I decided (too late) to actually try and capture it. Never mind, there will be another one in 2028. I just have to live that long hahaha
