I find her head at the top of the frame distracting. Just because the image sensor is 3:2 doesn't mean the final image needs to be 3:2. People often look better in a 4:5 ratio frame. By cutting off her forehead you also cut off the oval shape of the hood, breaking up the lines of the head dress. That's what cropping or composing too tightly affect - complete lines and shapes.
