I've been trying to get my photos off of their site for 3 weeks now without success. They've been bought out by Smile and you have to sign on and pay up apparently. My email addy had changed several years ago and I thought I'd changed it on their website but apparently not. I've emailed called all to no avail so far, I got yet another email addy to send help to.
Has anyone else had any problems? I have until Dec 1 to get to my photos other wise they are gone

If anyone has any info or can provide some help I'd greatly appreciate it. The old company and the new company just keep pointing fingers at each other.
