Brown Pelicans

I was in Corpus Christi, TX last week for the first time in almost 30 years, and got these shots. When I was growing up there these birds were nonexistent on the Texas coast and now they're everywhere. Quite an amazing comeback.

Excellent shots. These birds are fun to watch and shoot. And not too spooky to get reasonably close to.

Pelicans are such handsome birds. I wish we had them here... You have some wonderful IQ in these images. I love the clarity. Shots are also very good. I like the last one in particular because of the stretched up wing position showing all the detail in there. An excellent set.

A solid set. Agree with Levina, I too really like the last shot.
