fast track copyright court system?

I've just read about a simplified copyright legal court system here in the UK, read here:

Yes this is very good news for small businesses - like photographers. It makes it economical to pursue cases where a first steals maybe a single image and uses it without permission.

Just in time, as it looks like the UK is trying to basically get rid of copyright.

A few years ago when I was still working as a self-employed sailing instructor, a school decided they could get away with not paying me a weeks wages. I went to the Small Claims Court and got my money plus a bit to cover my time and trouble. So I'm a big fan of the system, its simple and straightforward.
