Billingham 307 and Sigma 50-500?

Can anyone confirm whether a Sigma 50-500 OS fits standing up in a Billingham 307, zipped and closed?
Failing this, what is the longest lens that fits vertically in the 307?

I can fit my 7d with my 70-300L attached. Nothing longer than that will stand up. You could configure it to lie down in it. I don't have the sigma, but somehow think it is longer than the 70-300.

I meant that is the length of the camera and lens. It will fit upright, but nothing longer would.

Thanks. Just ordered the 307 anyway.
The lens is 21.9 cms and the bag ID H is 22! So unlikely to fit but that is fine. The 50-500 is mostly for holidays and I use a lowepro 'thingy' for that.
