My Wife

Im having a bit of a marathon photo session here in the studio. Should have hooked a webcam up and streamed some of it.

Anyway, a model actress friend of ours stopped in last night and crashed over so we have stayed up and shot pretty much non stop shooting various things.

This is a one i edited while eating some KFC.

didnt display right, in fact to me this does look a bit different on the web. The colours dont look at smooth

colors look great here, super lighting job

great colours in my Benq HD monitor, welldone

its weird, every now and again my monitor colours look like crap. Even on the 27" IPS screen I have. It feels like there are not enough colours in the palette.

I shot in front of a mid grey vinyl backdrop.
Used three lights a gridded strob box in front of her, then a 2x3foot softbox to the right of the camera up close as a little bit of fill. Then a 3rd light with a small grid aimed at the background roll for a little something extra.

Nice lighting and love the capture. Is this your wife or the model? Does what you eat during processing impact the outcome, was this a wing or a thigh edit?

This edit is excellent. Apparently I need to start doing all my PP while eating KFC. I'd hate to use your keyboard after you, though...
