Saw this guy while I was out looking for Snow buntings. Needless to say, I know why there weren't any.

Beautiful shots in great light. Was he fishing? He sure has quite a collection of leg bands!

Great pics! You can Google the band colors and learn where this guy was banded!

Ken. Great shots. it had to be exciting to get them.

It looks like your first shot is of him in the water and then it flew right toward you and landed on the shore. Is that right? What camera and lens combo were you using to get such a fast autofocus as he approached? Thanks.
