Lol! We use to do so much of the same kinda stuff. I built a pneumatic spud gun awhile back using compressed air instead of fire. I was pretty surprised with the results. will try and get a vid of it over the weekend. Good explosive fun!

I had a clip of it on my old channel. This one was from 2008 or so. We were shooting gravel and paper out of it, along with the shotgun. On this spud gun I used a sprinkler valve with a hole drilled in the top to release the air of the diaphragm which actuates the valve instead of using a 24V solenoid. I used pressure rated PvC (400psi) so that I was safe, along with a 100psi safety blow off valve to prevent over-filling the air pressure chamber. 90 PSI will launch a potato 300 yards or so. They are a lotta fun!
