...How about you guys?

There's no reason to limit yourself to Canon lenses. You can use enlarging lenses, medium and large format lenses, all kinds of stuff depending on the look you are after. I've just posted pics from a few lenses, the cheapest cost about $15.

I have alot of fun with the Tokina 11-16mm because you can get really close and it just gobbles up a huge amount of space in the frame. Also it can distort the image depending on what angle you view the subject which is also alot of fun.

I use my 28-135 almost exclusively, sometimes switching to my 28 2.5 or 135 2.8 manual-focus M42-mount lenses, or my canon 50 1.8 II, but I have not shot a single car since receiving my 17-40L two weeks ago. I am fairly confident that will be my go-to lens for a lot of my car shots.

nifty fifty and 24-105L for me. My 24-105L is somewhat soft wide open but nobody seems to complain about the end results.

My favorite lens for a car shoot is the lens that gets me the shot I want.

The 50L can do some stunning stuff at daybreak at F1.2 though...That lens is dreamy for some stuff, infuriating for others though.
