My friend just got back from a Christmas cruise near Jamaica. She didn't take great picture. Oh, you are so lucky and it's just gorgeous. Right now it's 32 degrees here in VA, going up to 50 this afternoon. :(

I think the the original looks better as well.in the second the shadows look washed out.

I guess it's a question of preferences, as different people have said different things.

BTW , the 'wash out" is the mist from the spray.

I like the clouds in the first one, but the water in the second. I am guessing darkening the clouds in the second would darken the picture too much?
