Just wanted to let others know who may be interested in ordering from Adorama for the first time, I had bought an 85L with squeaky focusing. After a week I decided to return it. I emailed Adorama about it Friday night and they sent me a reply with the documents I needed and the return UPS shipping label.

It took two days for the lens to get from Atlanta to their base, one day to process, and then they sent out a brand new lens without asking any inquiring any questions from me. The new lens arrived in 2 business days using UPS Ground (I guess Altanta is close?). I ended up paying for no shipping at all for this exchange return. The shipping was insured both ways. The new lens doesn't squeak and AF backfocus is gone!

Delighted to hear that it all went smoothly - but you know I'm always here if you need me!

Just bought a Lowepro Flipside 500 AW from them yesterday. Always a pleasure to deal with them.

Get it to me quick, Helen!
