The update (.bin file) must be on top in the card not in any folders. The card must be inserted in the selected primary slot. These are mistakes I did while trying to update, got it in the end )).

If I try it by pressing the "OK" button, I end up back at the top of the menu with "firmware version". What am I screwing up? Did you get it?

It wasn't a show stopper, more of a PIA kind of thing. Yes, that was annoying. Although, I wish they would have made it a menu option to switch exposure previewing on and off.
