Others find wet cleaning to be a common task for maintaining their system so it's hard to understand why someone would stay away for this reason. I just bought sensor swabs for my D7100. Not that it really needs it (two spots in the flag pic above) but I know eventually I'll want to give it a cleaning. This. After a few cleanings, the dust issue has resolved itself. I guess people are scared to wet clean their own cameras. I've been wet cleaning my cameras for six years with no issue.

I bought it as I love primes at the shorter focal length (I LOVE my 35 1.8g more than any other lens) but I just dont know if I will use the 85 as much as I thought.
