Anyone heard from K6AZ? Haven't seen him around here in a while...

I'm never far. Did a trade show this weekend and have more stuff coming up so photography is taking a back seat except for what I need to do business. Should be able to really play with the D7100 towards the end of the month. I haven't even installed the LR 4.4 update yet though I did download it.

All depends on your comfort level. If you never want to do a wet cleaning then the D600 isn't for you. Others find wet cleaning to be a common task for maintaining their system so it's hard to understand why someone would stay away for this reason. I just bought sensor swabs for my D7100. Not that it really needs it (two spots in the flag pic above) but I know eventually I'll want to give it a cleaning.

This. After a few cleanings, the dust issue has resolved itself. I guess people are scared to wet clean their own cameras. I've been wet cleaning my cameras for six years with no issue.

I've wet cleaned it before. Guess I need to do it again.

Are any of you looking to buy a 85 1.8g? I haven't used it much since I bought it. I don't actually have it up for sale yet, but I figured I would ask if any of you missed the Nikon rebates.

I wouldn't. Best 85mm ever made.

I'm still not sure yet. I bought it as I love primes at the shorter focal length (I LOVE my 35 1.8g more than any other lens) but I just dont know if I will use the 85 as much as I thought. If I was on a FF I would defenitly keep it, just not sure how it will feel on my crop every day.

Since I havent got a chance to shoot it much yet I am not putting it up for sale. Just thought that if one of my fellow Nikon friends really wanted one but missed out, I could give it up without regretting it to much.

I'll trade you my 85 for your 14-300 1.4GL.

Haha! I'm not trading my super zoom GL, sorry! But I agree, 85mm on crop is a bit too tight...

Uh... 1.4-5.6? No thank you. I only like constant aperture lenses.

You would need a full entourage to carry around a 300 f/1.4.

I don't mind. I love sleeping with my lenses.

Thy photo is awesome! I have never seen that before. Is that something you could buy? That would be a cool office decoration.
