Here's a long exposure shot looking out over Fajita Butte in Chaco Canyon. Shot with a D600 and a Samyang 14mm F2.8 lens. This was shot at ISO 6400 and 25 seconds. A little noisy, and a little cloudy, but I like it ;)

Hey all...Wondering what the opinions are on the new Tokina 17-35? I'm in the market for a wide angle and that's at the top of my budget. Also looking for a Tamron 17-35 2.8-4. I'm not a huge wide angle shooter, most of my shots I get with 24 or 28 but it's certainly nice to have.
I'd prefer the Tamron for price and how often I shoot it, plus it saves money for a nicer tele!

Great pic to CJ!

Argh...Answered my own question and just now found a pretty killer deal on the Tamron

Fajita Butte at Sunset

The top of this butte is where the Anasazi sun dagger calender is located, but it is closed to the public :(

Shot with my D600 and Samyang 35mm F1.4 lens ( I LOVE that lens)

With othe Zeiss lenses aquiring focus is easy. For a longer FL like the 135 ZF, aquiring focus is quite difficult to nail even with AF confirm.

I agree. The green dot doesn't necessarily nails the focus.

More from the Zeiss 135 with the Nikon D4.

This image is stunning. But it also highlights how good the Canon EOS 6D/5D censors are at these kind of iso numbers.

The color one sucked so I went monochrome.
