you are right. i saw it too but did not worry about it.

hmmm... maybe caused by:

the wind
the decrease in size
the 150KB (normally it has about ~400KB at this size)
the amount of details
a failure of mine in the post processing
etc.

i don't know but i am sure that it is not a failure of the lens.

I finally got this lens, since just arrived in stores in my country. Still not decided whether MA value is 0 or +2. I tested on the 5D2 and 5D3. I was surprised that they can focus on any point in total darkness only with light from a TV (1/30s ISO 6400 f/1.4). Sigma is the only lens that I put on 5D2 and knows how to focus in the dark only infrared from any type of flash, where for example 85mm f/1.4 was not able.
I used it on all kinds of light and different distances. If all sigma lenses would be like this, do not even ask the price of the canon, that is superior in image if AF is at least equal what's the point to buy canon?

^^^Nice shots Freddy, I really like the first one! I'm not steady enough to get consistent keepers at 1/30th, especially when you see a shot that the focus is nailed with this lens.
